Priority Admission — go-live sequence

Use these in order, top to bottom. Each has its own confirm step.

Pre-Registration Counter

Step 1 — Open Priority Registration

Puts the Priority Admission sign-up form live on the public homepage so the first 50 companies can register and get a reference code. The platform itself stays closed — this is the mini-go-live.

Safe to open any time before go-live. Reversible — you can close it again.

Step 2 — Go Live

Switches the whole platform from pre-launch to live. Applications open in the portals, Priority Admission registration automatically closes, and the 90-day redemption window starts now so members can claim their places. This cannot be undone from here.

Do this once registration has run and you're ready to open the platform to everyone. One-way.

Step 3 — Notify Priority Members

Emails every registered member who hasn't redeemed or withdrawn a link to claim their place. Idempotent — already-notified members are skipped, so pressing it twice never double-sends. Queue-driven (the dispatch cron delivers).

Only works once the platform is live (Step 2). Preview is safe any time; sending stays disabled until you go live.

Operational controls

AI Agent

Master on/off for the AI agent. Independent of go-live — you can be live with the AI off while you watch it. Turning this off is the kill switch.

Xero Sweep (daily 3am)

When on, the platform pushes real fee invoices to Xero on the daily 3am sweep. Turn on only AFTER you've watched a real transaction flow correctly.

⚠ This sends real accounting documents to your live Xero org.

Insurance Score — Client Visibility (read-only)

Whether Cargo Principals SEE the compliance score (SCORE_VISIBLE_TO_CP). Set in worker config; not toggled here.

Insurance Score — Live (publish scores)

Master switch for PUBLISHING insurance scores. While OFF, admin Approve & Verify computes each carrier's gate/score internally but does not write carriers.insurance_score (dark). Turning ON backfills every already-approved carrier.

⚠ Turning ON publishes real scores that feed compliance tier and CP-facing signals.

Health Check (read-only)

A paranoia button — runs read-only checks with zero side-effects. Safe to press repeatedly.

ESG & B-BBEE Reporting

Per-client monthly reports aggregating completed (POD-verified) loads, total estimated CO2e, and total B-BBEE spend. Generate on demand or view past runs. The monthly schedule is wired separately (PM).

Credit Notes

Raise a credit note against a specific ClearCorridor fee invoice (client or carrier). On approval it posts to Xero as ACCRECCREDIT to the same revenue account, sets the source invoice to “Credit Note Issued”, and stores the document.

VAT Registration
